 Job Summary:

As the Service Now Practice Lead, you will play a key role in developing and executing our strategy to establish and expand a ServiceNow practice. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to set the vision, provide expert consulting, and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing and delivering ServiceNow projects. You will need to be comfortable working with a lean team, scaling operations as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

§  Practice Leadership: Lead the development of ServiceNow service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and frameworks to drive revenue growth.

o   Focus on delivering solutions to private and government clients.

o   Align the ServiceNow practice with organizational growth and government needs.

§  Client Engagement: Advise clients on their business needs and design customized ServiceNow solutions.

o   Support sales efforts, develop proposals, and secure new business.

o   Provide measurable ServiceNow solutions to address client challenges.

§  Business Development: Leverage relationships to identify opportunities for introducing 1FORCE’s services.

o    Design and implement compliant ServiceNow solutions aligned with client needs and industry standards

o    Build partnerships to expand sector reach.

§  Solution Design & Delivery: Lead ServiceNow project implementation, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

o    Oversee the project lifecycle, from discovery to support.

o    Provide strategic oversight and technical guidance throughout.

§  Partnership Development: Build relationships with ServiceNow and other partners to enhance capabilities.

o    Attend conferences and events to foster collaboration.

§  Thought Leadership: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to position the company as a thought leader.

o    Represent the company at events and publications.

o    Develop strategic alliances with technology partners to improve offerings.

Qualifications:

We seek a highly skilled individual with technical expertise in ServiceNow, along with strong leadership and business acumen. The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

Technical Qualifications (Required):

  • Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years in IT consulting or professional services, with at least 3-5 years specializing in ServiceNow solutions. This includes platform architecture, implementation, and leadership within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in core ServiceNow modules, with extensive hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Security Operations (SecOps), and HR Service Delivery.
  • Platform Architecture & Development: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform's architecture, integration capabilities, and custom application development, enabling the creation of tailored solutions for the private sector.

Additional Qualifications:

§  Leadership: Proven experience in building and scaling ServiceNow practices or teams, including leading project execution, strategic planning, and team management in a lean, dynamic environment.

§  Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience in business development, including engaging with clients, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to proposal development.

§  Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), or other relevant certifications are highly desirable and a strong asset.

§  Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and impactful engagement across all levels.

§  New Service Offerings: Track record of developing innovative IT products and services, specifically for the private sector.

§  Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of AI, automation, and other emerging technologies, with the ability to apply these in ServiceNow solutions to create cutting-edge products.
